How can I update my order?


Please email us at hello@thebokscompany.ca to cancel or change your order.


My promo code isn’t working.


Please double check your entry, then email us at hello@thebokscompany.ca if the problem persists.

Are taxes and duties included in my order total?

Yes. If your order is subject to duties, taxes, or related fees, you'll be charged at checkout (you won’t need to pay anything extra when your package is delivered). We collect the amount for sales tax and duty at checkout and our shipping partner will pay them when your order is cleared through customs.

I'm having problems with the tracking.

The carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. Please drop us a note at hello@thebokscompany.ca if we can assist if any issues. My shipping address is incorrect. Please email hello@thebokscompany.ca.

Where does The Boks company ship?

The Boks Company currently ships to Canada and the United States. If you do live outside of North America, please contact us and we’ll make special arrangements. Shipping costs and times may vary.


Order pick-up can be arranged, please email hello@thebokscompany.ca.



Shipping within North America may take 7-10 business days. We’ll send a tracking number so you can watch your package’s journey. Standard shipping is fulfilled by FedEx.

2. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days.


3. FedEx handles delivery. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.




Returns & Exchanges


How do I place a return or exchange?


If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalised, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

What’s your return policy?


All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refundable.

How long does it take to process a return?


Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.


What should I do if I receive the wrong product or I am missing components?


If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, please contact us at hello@thebokscompany.ca and we’ll be sure to get you the Glossier you ordered!




When will my credit card be charged?


Your credit card will be charged when your order is accepted and processed.


Can I remove a saved payment method?


Yes, please make this change on your Account page. If you need help, email us at hello@thebokscompany.ca.


What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards or you can pay via Paypal. We do not accept cheques or money orders.
